Purpose of training
- Provide persons working at disabled person welfare facilities across the nation with training opportunities to acquire professional rehabilitation knowledge, skills, and the latest information.
- By creating courses that are from the perspective of persons with disabilities and that are in line with the rehabilitation paradigm, enable professional rehabilitation personnel to respect the right of self-determination of persons with disabilities and to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities, thereby contributing to increased welfare of persons with disabilities.
